Sliding doors to personal futures

Jointly organised by IRISS, the SSSC and NHS Education for Scotland, this event will provide an opportunity for the aforementioned organisations to incorporate their joint activities and shape plans to support the workforce in the vision for reshaping care for older people (RCOP).

It will inform delegates about the joint working being undertaken by IRISS, the SSSC and NHS Education for Scotland, and engage delegates in discussion about the contribution of these agencies to the training, learning and workforce development agenda.

Who should attend?

Morning session: 9am-12.30pm - frontline staff working with older people.

Afternoon session: 1pm-4.30pm - operational and strategic managers and practice development leads.
