Evaluation Exchange: Self-evaluation through peer support
Do you work in social services? Do you have a service or project you need to evaluate? Do you need support and assistance? IRISS and Evaluation Support Scotland (ESS) are inviting practitioners to join a self-evaluation peer support group, which over the next 6 months, will assist you to plan and/or undertake an evaluation related to your work.
The project will create and support a small network of self-evaluators across social services in Scotland. By facilitating peer support through this network and providing training, it aims to improve skills and confidence around evaluation for project participants, which will in turn, lead to increased capacity for evaluation within their organisations. It will also develop a better understanding about the value of using peer support in the field of self-evaluation.
Further details on how to get involved and links to the project blog are available on the project web page.
