Homelessness: Pathways and Prevention resource published

Between June 2014 and April 2015, Iriss led a project to explore the perceptions of, and approaches to, innovation in homelessness prevention in Scotland. Through engagement with a variety of partners including local authorities, third sector, health and Scottish Government, the project captured key messages from a collection of approaches which help support people affected by homelessness.

We have published the learning from the project, which is presented in eight case studies and multimedia resources, including an Iriss evidence review (Insight), audio, video and data visualisations.

Building on the learning and networks established through the pathways and prevention project, the next phase will focus on the role of lived experience and peer-led interventions in homelessness prevention. A scoping workshop will be held in central Glasgow on the afternoon of 12 August 2015.
