In Spring this year the Scottish Association of Social Work named Sandy Watt Social Worker of the Year. In this episode IRISS's Rikke Iversholt talks to Sandy, a senior mental health officer and practice teacher with North Lanarkshire Council, about his 30 years in social work and the changes the sector has gone through in that time.
