The Changing Lives programme needs leadership from every level, and every sector of social services, including front-line staff, service users and carers. 
The South East Leadership Forum  and the West of Scotland Leadership Community are running two workshops for people who are genuinely interested in making some new connections and getting involved with the community for the long term.  

Wednesday 25 March, 10am – 2pm, Scottish Youth Theatre, Glasgow
Thursday 26 March, 10am - 2pm, The Melting Pot, Edinburgh

The emphasis will be on active participation participating in small group discussions. Places are limited (30 in Edinburgh and 40 in Glasgow) and  will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
