As part of our new programme on innovation and improvement, IRISS is collaborating with the Innovation Unit to explore the potential for using the Next Practice Model in Scotland.

On 16th February 2010 John Craig, Director of the Innovation Unit, will introduce the Next Practice Model, exploring how it has been used in England and how it could be applied in Scotland.   

He will lead a discussion on how innovation based on this model can help organisations meet the challenge of delivering better support with fewer resources.
