My role at IRISS, and my passion, is around improving outcomes for individuals and communities through better use of evidence. 

I am keen to ensure that social service stakeholders maximise the potential that evidence, and the processes of producing evidence, can offer for improving lives. Our evidence-informed practice webpage will provide you with information and details about the programme I lead.
