Michelle Drumm

I promote the effective use of, and sharing, of information and knowledge to the social services workforce, in particular, using social media and other digital media. I create and manage content on IRISS websites and interactive learning tools, as well as curating content for the Learning Exchange, IRISS's digital library of resources. 

I also co-ordinate both internal and external communications for the organisation. My background is in library and information, and publishing work. I have worked in various organisations in Ireland, the UK and abroad.
