Rikke Iversholt

A member of IRISS Innovation & Improvement team, I contribute to the development of tools, training and interventions that supports and enables the sustainable transformation of social services in Scotland.  I lead on the programme’s data visualization project, for which the objective is to provide new ways for social services staff to understand and gain insights into data that enables them to make better decisions about their service provision.

I have qualifications in English, Media Culture, as well as Management, and in my previous jobs I have provided process and performance improvement programmes for a variety of global organisations.
