Towards a Research and Development Strategy for Social Services in Scotland

This document sets out the rationale and evidence for an R&D Strategy and was produced by the Institute for Research and Innovation in Social Services (IRISS) in partnership with the Scottish Government. It arises from the Changing Lives report which recommended that such an R&D Strategy should be developed and the Strategy underpins the work of all five associated Change Programmes.
