Dee joined Iriss in November 2020. She has overall responsibility for making sure Iriss is well run and effective. She reports to the Iriss Strategic Board.

Before joining Iriss Dee was the Deputy Director at CCPS working to make the way that care and support is planned and purchased work better for supported people and the voluntary sector. Her previous jobs include a range of policy and development jobs with CCPS; The Scottish Government and Evaluation Support Scotland. Prior to her policy roles she trained and worked as a social worker and support worker.
