Louise is a Project Manager and has been part of the Iriss team since 2019.

Louise enjoys working alongside teams to think creatively and identify practical and meaningful changes they can test out and embed.
Her approach is informed by previous work in social research, impact management and community learning, where she ran participatory action-focused projects and developed learning resources. Louise has a PhD in Education and a PG Diploma in Community Learning & Development.
