I lead Iriss's strategic development and collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across the Scottish health and social services sectors. I have extensive experience of systems analysis, change management, and scaling new initiatives from pilot stage to full system implementation.
A qualified Improvement Leader (ScIL) with a decade’s worth of successfully leading improvement and innovation projects, I am also an active member of the Health Foundation’s Q Community and UNESCO’s Inclusive Policy Lab. I am keen on sharing learning and have done so through collaborations with health and social care organisations beyond Scotland, including those in Bulgaria and Northern Ireland. Prior to joining Iriss, I worked in international research, for consultancy firm MMSI, where I developed and implemented an impactful global client feedback programme that was used across technology and cultural organisations.
I have qualifications as both a cognitive behavioural therapist and change coach. I volunteer as a clinical supervisor within the field of therapy and a mentor to student therapists.
Born and raised in Denmark, I bring some international flair and perspective to Iriss's work, and I am a strong advocate of the power of learning across borders.
