Projects in this programme area
Our Foundations for change programme focuses on identifying and tackling challenges at system scale. By system scale we mean the processes, cultures and environments that we work in that shape what we do, and how we do it. Sometimes we don’t notice these because that’s ‘just how things are done’.
This year our work centres on how social care is planned, purchased and paid for (also known as commissioning, procurement and contracting).
We are pleased to be working with HSCP commissioning, contracts and finance colleagues alongside social work and support provider organisations across different areas in Scotland to tackle national challenges at a local level.
