Why us?
Iriss has worked in the Scottish social care and social work landscape for the last 15 years. We have built up a wealth of experience and knowledge of the sector and have an extensive track record in the design and delivery of evidence, innovation and improvement projects alongside statutory sector, third, and independent sector partners.
As an intermediate organisation, we recognise that we can’t do change work without being alongside (and learning from) the people and organisations who deliver and receive care and support. This has led us to developing and using a range of collaborative methods of work that come from the worlds of qualitative research, coproduction, service design, systems change and storytelling.
Our team will work with you to identify the best approach for the type of change you are looking to make.
