Effective outcomes

The shift to an outcomes-focused approach to the delivery of social services in Scotland is underway. This culture shift requires effective leadership for staff to feel supported in changing the way they practice and think about services. IRISS has developed a series of free guides on the theme of Leading for Outcomes.
