Catherine joined Iriss in 2024 as an associate. She works on promoting the ethical commissioning and procurement principles and delivering a range of projects focused on improving the way social care is commissioned.
Catherine previously worked for 12 years for the Coalition of Care and Support Providers in Scotland (CCPS) as programme manager for their commissioning and procurement programme and on self directed support implementation. Prior to this, she worked for a disabled people's organisation managing their information and advice service.
Catherine is passionate about improving social care policy and practice, working in collaboration with others to bring about real change and find solutions to difficult problems.
