Maxine is passionate about - and inspired by - the empowering potential of involvement, learning from lived experience, improving together approaches and the importance of understanding the difference being made to people and communities.
Her career journey over the past 30 years in health and social care, has included front line, operational and strategic leadership roles in rural and urban settings in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Maxine holds an SVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care, an MSc in Advancing Healthcare Practice and she graduated with a Doctorate of Education (EdD) in 2023.
