We are looking for partners who can commit to:
Doing your best to support the engagement of all staff as appropriate, especially front-line staff (eg participation in workshops, given time to develop ideas, discuss with colleagues, and try things out), recognising that everyone is under significant pressure at the moment
Where appropriate, building equal relationships with people who access care and support and their families and carers
Dedicating time to the project over a minimum of six months, with the support of leaders within your team or organisation
Learning being collated and shared with others
