A free event for managers and strategic leaders working in health and social care. It is a partnership event with SSSC and supported by Scottish Care and CCPS.
The Enabling leadership research (SSSC, 2016) identified what good leadership looks like in Scotland’s social services and includes a logic model which captures the links between inputs, activities and outputs and how these contribute to positive outcomes for people using services.
Attendees will explore the logic model, which includes revised leadership outcomes, consider how to adapt and use it in the workplace and have time to reflect on the factors which may hinder or encourage good leadership development.
Following the event Iriss, in partnership with SSSC will work with three partners from across the social services sector, to test the logic model in practice. Learning and practical examples will be gathered and shared with the wider sector to help promote the logic model and ways organisations can implement it.
