A free event for people working in a leadership role within social care and health services.
Over the past year three partners from the third, independent and statutory sector worked with the SSSC and Iriss to explore what good leadership looks like in their organisations. The focus was on the leadership logic model, developed as part of the Enabling Leadership research (SSSC, 2016) and achieving effective supervision. They used SSSC and Iriss supervision resources as a reference point to consider how supervision needed to improve.
At this event you’ll hear from the three partners about their leadership stories and the learning and developments they achieved from this work. You will also be encouraged to reflect on their stories and consider how they can support you with your own developments.
