Interested in alliancing as an approach to commissioning and contracting in social care?
This in-person session at Glasgow Caledonian University will introduce alliancing to those with an interest in finding out more about how the model can work in practice. There will be opportunities to discuss, ask questions and reflect in groups on what alliancing could contribute to your work.
The session will be co-facilitated by Linda Hutchinson of LH Alliances and Iriss. LH Alliances Ltd is the only UK based consultancy that specialises in alliancing and alliance contracting.
