Iriss and In Control Scotland (ICS) will facilitate a session on changing approaches to commissioning social care and support in collaboration with Highland Council.
Participants will:
- Increase knowledge of how co-design is being used in commissioning to improve outcomes for supported people
- Increase awareness of tools and resources that can assist you with your work on system change and implementing ethical commissioning
- Have an opportunity to meet and discuss your practice with others also working in this field
