On Tuesday 5 December 2023 we hosted a webinar exploring the findings of the Setting the Bar for Social Work in Scotland research. This research touches on what makes people want to stay in, or leave the profession, drawing out aspects relevant to rural practice. We also heard about a three year University of Edinburgh study on self-care in social work education and key findings from its literature review.
We were joined by speakers Emma Miller and Pearse McCusker.
