Today, we launch a summary of our Strategy 2021-24, which sets out Iriss' vision and purpose, the need for our work, the difference our work makes, and the areas we will focus on for the next three years.
We work with people, workers and organisations in social work and social care to create positive change in Scotland, and our vision is for a Scotland where people and communities are supported to live the best life possible.
The strategy is supported by an annual organisational workplan. Both the strategy and the workplan will be regularly reviewed to make sure our work responds to changes in the environment, as well as changing asks from the social work and social care sector.
