Could you be our new Head of Resources? This role will establish, develop, and lead the Iriss research and support team. The person will work closely with the Head of Programmes (who leads the Development Team in Iriss) and the CEO to make sure that the way Iriss works aligns closely with our strategy and direction of travel.
Due to increasing demand for the work we do we are seeking a Development Lead (Innovation and Change) to join our team. This role develops, leads and delivers high quality, relevant and effective projects to support change and innovation in social work and social care.
We're also recruiting for the role of National Adult Protection Coordinator (NAPC) to co-ordinate work across the Adult Support and Protection (ASP) field, working closely with key partners.
