In East Renfrewshire a new Care at Home Collaborative has been established which will help care at home providers and the HSCP to work collaboratively together. This space has been designed for people to discuss and work to mitigate the big problems faced in social care in the area and across Scotland. Iriss is assisting with early stage development work of the Collaborative, bringing together partners to surface and analyse problems; select areas for action and support the collaborative in their work.
