The opening session is by Donald Macaskill (Scottish Care). He presents a rights-based approach that supports people's autonomy while keeping them safe. The next presentation is from Jeanette Sutton (Iriss) on the new national guidance for Large Scale Investigations. Finally, Claire Pierce (Care Inspectorate) discusses the Adult Support and Protection themes uncovered by inspection activity.
