The Curate and Connect project brings together special collections of Iriss resources based on topics at the forefront of the COVID-19 crisis. Each collection includes insights from a member of the social services workforce about the impact of COVID-19 and why this is an important topic right now.
This collection brings together Iriss resources on homelessness. It includes podcast episodes, an evidence summary and Change the Frame, a project which produced case studies and stories from people with lived experience of homelessness and the benefits of peer support.
Iriss On… a chance to redesign the homelessness system features a contribution from Dr Lígia Teixeira, Chief Executive of the Centre for Homelessness Impact in which she suggests that the Covid-19 pandemic presents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform the country’s homelessness system.
