We've been commissioned by Scottish Throughcare and Aftercare Forum (STAF) to support their team develop a resource that will document the work they have been doing through their Connecting Voices project. This two-year project aims to help young people in East Ayrshire to stay in care for longer and to equip them with the tools and skills needed to make the transition into independent living.
The main focus of the resource will be to communicate the voices of the young people, and to showcase the benefit of developing a co-design approach to designing and implementing care services in the sector.
This month, we'll take the role of facilitator and designer with the project, working with the STAF team to bring the work together and direct the content for a national audience.
