Today we launch our Navigating Evidence tool at a newly qualified social worker conference in Glasgow. The event, organised by the Learning Network West, focuses on celebrating the achievements of the group involved in the first pilot of the supported year.
The tool aims to equip newly qualified social workers with the skills and confidence to use evidence in practice. It takes you on a journey that explores what evidence is and what is required to make good evidence-informed decisions.
