This is an ASPire webinar from February 2026. It launches the National Adult Support and Protection Learning and Development Framework.
The opening session is by Jamie Aarons (National Social Work Agency Unit). She explains the workforce data that informed the Framework, and locates it within existing training and service improvement throughout Scotland. The second and final presentation is from Brenda Walker (National Adult Support and Protection Co-ordinator). She introduces the Framework itself, including the accompanying seven-minute briefing, and sets out next steps.
