Professional curiosity in public protection

Description

Public Protection in Scotland is about understanding and responding to people who are being harmed, or are at risk of harm. It is a broad term that encompasses many different multi-agency approaches and responses, including Adult Support and Protection.

Iriss’s professional curiosity project has been seeking to develop a deeper understanding of this topic and its implications for the Public Protection workforce in Scotland. This report brings together a rapid review of the professional curiosity literature and three 'snapshot' sessions of how professional curiosity is currently being used in Scotland.
