Our core work for the next year
This report is intended to be used as a guide for commissioners and others to better understand how to implement the ethical commissioning and procurement principles, support improvement of commissioning practice at local level, and highlight ongoing solutions for the future.
Developed in collaboration with both third sector organisations, and social work students. This resource is designed to optimise the experience of student placements for both the organisations hosting them and the students experiencing them.
We would like to thank the generous and continued support of all the people and organisations that contributed to this resource.
This summary report provides an analysis and overview of the Chief Social Work Officer (CSWO) 2023-2024 Annual Reports. These annual reports are based around a reporting template and give a general overview of the social work landscape in Scotland.
The CSWO Annual Reports are a means of reporting to Councils on the delivery of social work services in their area, highlighting key activities, developments, and challenges.
