This resource guides users through the various stages involved in the provision of a throughcare service to prisoners, from the point of sentence through to release and supervision within the community.
We hope that The Throughcare Map will be of interest to a variety of professionals involved in the throughcare process (including social workers, Scottish Prison Service staff, the voluntary sector etc.), but hopefully it will also be of use to those with an interest in criminal justice matters in general.
